You have a 14-day return policy for selected items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions of Return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom items (personalized items).

Glassware, pottery, and ceramics.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping:

Returns are not free, and it's the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping. You are not responsible for lost items during transit.
Return Process:

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will send an email to notify the customer of the receipt of the item. You will also inform them whether their refund has been approved or rejected.
Refund:

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to the customer's credit card or the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
